DESCRIPTION

ELEGOO USB powered air purifier with built-in activated carbon can effectively absorb and filter most resin odors before the stinky resin smell is ventilated through the cooling fans.

Using the air purifier is easy: simply remove the plastic wrap from the activated carbon block inside and plug the air purifier into the USB power port under the UV cover. I no longer fear the problems of time.

I see a lot of people saying these do not work well or make smell worse blowing the fumes under pressure. I don’t find that to be true. I use enclosures for all my printers. I tried without (horrible smell on many brands of resins), and again with 2 filters under same conditions and products. Night and day difference! I paint cars as well. I know first hand what damage some toxic fumes will cause. It’s not worth your family’s and your own health to cheap out on filtration.

I bought the extra filters to help in cutting down on the smell of the resin. I don't know exactly how much it helps, but I'll take the chance that it is helping.

These are effectively Factory replacements for the internal filter to the 3D printer. They are what come with the printer initially so they function exactly as they should. I do kind of wish they would last a bit longer. But I believe that is the nature of the Beast.
