DESCRIPTION
Easy to Remove Models: High-quality spring steel material, after the printing is completed, you only need to take off the spring steel after cooling down and gently bend it to remove the model, without using a shovel, which is more convenient and prolongs the service life of the printing platform.
Easy to Clean: It is recommended to use a non-woven cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe the printing platform. After wiping and cleaning, wipe off the surface moisture as soon as possible to avoid prolonged contact with strong irritating chemicals such as alcohol on the printing surface.
I set the z-offset a bit too close to the print bed, and the 3D print head scratched up the original PEI sheet pretty badly. My mistake. I needed a replacement, and this fits perfectly and seems to be the same or better quality as the original PEI sheet.
Great replacement build plate. I have an Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro, fits just like the original. I didn't replace the adhesive magnet thing. I scraped up my original plate bad, had my z-offset too low, didn't notice until after it etched the first layer into the PEI.
The replacement is just as good as the original. Great price, great adhesion, easy to replace. I'll buy this again next time I ruin one by accident.
I bought this as a replacement build plate for my Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro. These PEI magnetic build plate sheets are consumable, although I've printed a lot on the original and it still looks and performs like new, and I haven't even started using the other side yet. That's what convinced me to buy the original Elegoo part instead of an unknown part. I knew I was getting a quality part because I've been using this build plate and I'm very pleased with it. PLA, ABS and PETG all stick very well and release well, although the ABS and PETG in particular should be allowed to cool and they'll automagically release. The PLA sticks well at 60 C and it's possible to rush the removal while the build plate is warm. I haven't damaged the build plate by yanking off PLA parts soon after printing is complete so I can start a new print ASAP. TPU sticks almost too well. This is great for me because I manufacture tall TPU parts with a small contact surface area and if TPU didn't adhere well, the parts would fall over near the end of printing. I wait for the build plate to cool and the TPU parts peel off well. For TPU parts with large surface areas, I'd recommend trying to print with no bed heating, or maybe 40 C.
I was very surprised when the new build plate arrived. I was expecting it to be in a heat sealed poly bag, inside a poly mailer or bubble mailer. Instead, I received a poly mailer with a fairly thick pizza box inside. That box contained the magnetic build plate, completely enveloped by foam to further protect it. If you order this, you will get a completely flat and undamaged PEI build plate. Elegoo knocked this product out of the park. Great product. Great price. Great packaging.
